Photo below shows that the accused box in the Code of Conduct Tribunal Case involving Senate President Bukola Saraki during the first day of his trial over false declaration of assets is empty . Wait for it...     Last week Sunday 13th September 2015, witnessed a huge turn out, as Abuja was agog amidst pump and fanfare . Location was  the prestigious Abuja Sheraton Hotel and Towers. Families, friends and well wishers were all gathered to witness the emergence of a new Queen of Aso, Occassion was "The Queen of Aso Beauty Pageant 2015". The very pretty and delectable Princess Onyinye Jessica Anyasi emerged the winner. She is from Idumuje-unor Aniocha North LGA of Delta State, born into the royal family of His Late Royal Majesty Agbogidi Obi Dr. James Ikechukwu Anyasi and Queen Comfort Anyasi on the 26th day of July 1990.   

The League of Imams and Alfas in Ekiti has ordered Muslims in the state not to collect rams and other food items for Sallah celebration, if presented to them in any form by the state government. The League reached the decision at a meeting held on Tuesday at Ansar-u-Deen Society Central Mosque Odo-Otu, Ado Ekiti, where it reviewed the “deliberate marginalisation of Muslim members in Ekiti State Government’s political appointment.”

Two members of a feminist group shed their shirts to protest a controversial Islamic conference in France over the weekend. The women, members of the Femen group, stormed a podium at the conference as fundamentalist Muslim preachers began to discuss whether it was acceptable for members of their faith to physically assault women, according to a Femen representative.

I vividly recall the story of a man who became popular for engaging in money rituals just to buy the 80's edition of the  Honda Prelude; you wouldn't buy that car for 50k today.  A guy brutally murdered his brother, just because he wanted to acquire the rave of the moment - Pathfinder Jeep. That  same vehicle is now better described as a coffin.... Vanity! I remember as a kid, my whole street gathered at a neighbor's house to watch a "drama" shown  on a "double-door black & white television". Today there is plasma television and it's almost  found in every student's  room..... Vanity!
