Uti wins BBA All Stars $200,000 cash prize

NIGERIA’s Uti Nwachukwu on Sunday emerged the winner of the Big Brother Africa (BBA) All Stars.

Uti, who lost his father in August, got a cash prize of $200,000 and another $1,000 for being able to keep his secret from other housemates.
He displaced Munya from Zimbabwe to the 1st runner up slot. Munya, who had survived nine evictions from the All Stars house, looked very surprised and disappointed when Uti was announced the winner.
He shed tears as he walked on stage.
The final five housemates are: Uti from Nigeria, Sheila from Kenya, Munya from Zimbabwe, Mwisho from Tanzania and Lerato from South Africa.
The nine housemates earlier evicted from the show are: Sammi B from Ghana, Hannington from Uganda, Meryl from Namibia, Yacob from Ethiopia, Tatiana from Angola, Kaone from Botswana, Code from Malawi, Jen from Mozambique and Paloma from Zambia.
The ceremony to mark the end of the show saw Tuface Idibia, Rapper MI and Jesse Jaggs from Nigeria performing.
Other artists who performed at the show were: DJ Black Coffee and Tumalo.
